The route is quoted as a single number: our planning fee, transport and the bed at cost, a mandatory service fee and taxes. You see that total before any payment screen opens.

    Fixed per traveler. Covers destination guidance, the day-by-day ledger and the booking work behind it.

    Rail and coach tickets pass through at the price the carrier charges us. No markup on the leg.

Stop 04 / Change notes

What can move after you pay

The total on the ledger stays fixed for the trip we book. The rows below change that number only when you ask for a change.

Date change
Free of charge up to 21 days before departure, subject to seat and bed availability on the new dates. Inside 21 days we re-price transport and accommodation at the current rate.
Cancellation
Planning fee is refunded in full up to 21 days out and at 50 percent inside 21 days. Transport and accommodation follow the carrier and hostel rules, which we show in writing before payment.
Inside 72 hours
No refund on booked legs. We still send the confirmed itinerary so you can travel or hand it to someone else where the carrier allows a name change.
Travel insurance
Not included in any total. Buy personal cover for medical costs, luggage and missed connections. We ask for the policy number before issuing final documents.
Festival ticket
You buy the festival ticket from the official seller. We plan the route, the bed and the transport around it and never resell entry passes.
