From the trip planner and contact form: name, email, phone, travel dates and preferences, number of travellers and your message. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We answer enquiries, prepare festival-trip offers, arrange requested bookings, meet legal duties and improve the site. Basis: your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Retention

Enquiry and planner data: 12 months after last contact. Contract and accounting records: as required by Ukrainian law, generally 3 years. Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing
