Send the trip brief once. Get a routed plan back within one working day.

The brief form is the only thing we need to start planning: where you travel from, which festival you are aiming at, your dates, how many people are in the group and the budget band you can live with. One submission, no follow-up interview.

  • 01You name the festival. You buy the ticket from the official seller, we never resell or hold entry passes.
  • 02We write the ledger: day, festival block, sleep location, transport leg and estimated cost in UAH.
  • 03You confirm one total before payment. Planning fee, service fee and taxes sit in a single figure.

Replies go out Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time, within one working day. Overland rail and coach only. Travelers must be 18 or older and carry ID.

Trip brief

Ticket cost is not included. Transport and accommodation are booked at cost, with the planning fee and taxes added to the same total.
