Organizer status

Under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' (15.09.1995) we state whether we act as tour operator or travel agent and give you the contract, programme, accommodation, transport and insurance information before booking.

Consumer rights and complaints

Pre-contract information on the service, total price, cancellation and refund terms and the complaint procedure is provided before booking, per the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (10.06.2023). Contact: contact@thondarix.com, +380 935 793 9150.
