1. Seller identification

Festival travel planning on thondarix.com is provided by thondarix.com LLC, Office 14, 32 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01033, Ukraine, EDRPOU 92464537. Managing Director: Julia Weber. Before contracting we state whether we act as tour operator or travel agent (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism", 15.09.1995; Law No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce", 03.09.2015).

2. Booking and contract

An order binds us only when we confirm it in writing and you receive the tourism service contract, programme, accommodation and transport terms, and insurance information. Bookings are open to persons aged 18 or over; minors travel only with a parent or guardian and the required documents.

3. Prices and advertising

Prices appear in the currency of the offer and include the total payable amount, fees and taxes; extras are listed separately. Claims about festival access, accommodation, transport and price are accurate and not misleading (Law No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising", 03.07.1996).

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in writing to contact@thondarix.com. Refunds follow the terms shown before booking and Law No. 3153-IX "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (10.06.2023). Any agreed refund is paid within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Liability

We are liable for the proper provision of the services we sell and not for line-up changes, weather or third-party transport delays outside our control, though we assist you and pass on any compensation received.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@thondarix.com or +380 935 793 9150; we reply within 7 business days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
