Status and tickets
thondarix.com is an independent organizer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of any festival, venue, artist, promoter or ticketing platform unless stated. We act as a tour operator and do not resell tickets separately from a travel package. Before contracting we disclose our role, contract, programme, accommodation/transport and insurance information under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' (15.09.1995).
Schedule and travel risks
Festival dates, line-ups, venues and transport may change beyond our control. We publish material changes and offer the remedies in the contract and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (10.06.2023). Check travel advisories, entry rules, health requirements and insurance before departure.
Accuracy and advertising
Price, access, accommodation and transport information is kept accurate. Promotional content is advertising and is identified where required. We do not mislead about festival access, accommodation, transport, price or organizer status, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' (03.07.1996) and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' (03.09.2015).
Data and cookies
Forms process personal data under our Privacy Policy and Law of Ukraine No. 3627-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' (06.06.2024). Non-essential cookies are blocked until consent and you may withdraw it, per Law of Ukraine No. 1952-IX 'On Electronic Communications' (16.12.2021).
